Samsung refutes warranty repair.

So Samsung called me yesterday and told me they would not honor their warranty on my $8000 85" 4k Samsung TV

They point blank told me that I was on my own and it didn't matter to them if I was happy or not :(

So essentially I have lost $8000 on my 85" UHD Samsung 4k tv

Samsung has point blank told me that they will not honor their warranty on my 85" UHD Samsung 4k tv.

Very disappointed.   $8000 wasted :(

Samsung still denying claim on my $8000 85" UHD 4k TV :(

So I have gone round and round with Samsung.   No one will taken responsibility for this beautiful $8000 UHD TV

I bought this beautiful 85" 4k tv brand new.   Delivery company delivered it without incident.   Once I turned it on it had vertical lines.  Samsung is not providing warranty repair.

BEWARE Samsung TV buyers. I bought a new brand new Samsung 85" UHD 4k TV. All I can say is horrible customer service. Under normal circumstances I LOVE Samsung. Unfortunately only after one day of owning this awesome TV vertical lines have appeared. Samsung customer service has told me it had to be damaged for this to have happened and they can not help me at all. They won't even send anyone out to look at the $8,000 TV. There is not one scratch on this beautiful TV. The delivery company set it up in my living room for me. It has not been moved since. Very disappointed at this point in Samsung's customer service.
